Our Story

Women on the Move TX is the brainchild of Ige Johnson, a self-made Real Estate Broker, CEO, and Business Coach whose passions in life include helping women break down barriers and achieve their ultimate goals.

In the past few years, women have already overcome many hurdles in various aspects of life: business, politics, sports, and so much more. Many of these roadblocks were once thought to be insurmountable obstacles, but we persuaded. And I 100% believe that we’re about to break some more.

That’s why one of the goals with Women on the Move is to help women in breaking down their own personal barriers so we can shape a future that’s diverse, inclusive, and puts more women at the top.

What Defines a “Woman on the Move”

A Woman on the Move is a woman who is constantly seeking to improve themselves, and at the same time, help improve their fellow Women on the Move as well.
